izmio Founding Offer Terms

These terms explain the izmio Founding Member offer: a lifetime membership to izmio Infinite at a founding price for the first 1,000 buyers. They are part of the izmio Terms of Use. Every element of the offer is real: the price, the spot counter and the personal timer.

1. The offer

The founding offer is a separate product in the App Store and Google Play, priced at $149.99. The regular lifetime product is priced at $199.99. Both give exactly the same access (Section 6).

2. The 1,000-spot quota

• Founding spots are limited to 1,000 founding purchases in total.
• Only real, completed purchases count. The count comes only from purchases that Apple or Google confirm to our purchase system (RevenueCat). Test transactions are never counted. The "spots left" number in the app is calculated on our server from those records. We never set or inflate it by hand.
• The counter may lag by a short time while purchases are confirmed.
• If you complete a founding purchase during your active hold, we honor it, even if the 1,000th spot was taken by someone else in the meantime. Because of this, the final number of founding members may be slightly above 1,000.
• Refunds do not reopen spots. If a founding purchase is refunded, its spot is not returned to the pool and the counter does not go back up.
• When the quota is full, the founding offer closes for everyone and the lifetime price becomes $199.99. If all spots are gone before you first see the offer, no hold is created and the app shows you the regular plans.

3. Your 20-minute personal hold

• The first time the founding offer is shown to you in the app, our server records that moment and sets your hold to end exactly 20 minutes later.
• The hold does not reset. Closing the paywall, leaving the app, reopening it, restarting your phone or deleting and reinstalling the app does not give you more time. The timer you see counts down to the time stored on our server.
• The hold is linked to your izmio account and to your device. If either your account or your device already has a hold, that hold applies. A new account, an extra account or a reinstall on the same device does not create a new hold. To recognize your device, the app uses a device identifier (described in our Privacy Policy) only for this purpose; our server stores only a one-way hash of it.
• During your hold you can buy the founding lifetime membership at $149.99. If the quota fills while your timer is running, the app stops showing the founding offer the next time it checks with our server, but a purchase you complete during your active hold is still honored (Section 2).

4. After your hold ends

• When your hold ends, or when the founding quota is full, you are no longer eligible for the founding price. The app then shows you the regular plans: monthly, annual and lifetime at $199.99.
• We will not offer the founding price to the same account or device again. This is a one-time offer.
• izmio may run other, separately announced promotions in the future (for example, a loyalty offer for existing annual subscribers). Any such promotion will have its own terms and will not be presented as the founding offer. 5. The value comparison we show

On the founding paywall we show: "Annual plan for 7 years = $419.93."

How we calculate it:

• It is the current annual izmio Infinite price, $59.99, multiplied by 7 (59.99 × 7 = 419.93).
• It assumes the annual price stays the same and that you renew every year for seven years. Actual costs depend on prices in your country, taxes, future price changes and how long you choose to subscribe.
• It is a simple comparison, not a promise that izmio will operate for any particular period, and not a claim about what a typical member saves. Lifetime access is described in Section 6.

6. What lifetime covers

Infinite Lifetime: all izmio Infinite content; devices and separately sold products excluded.

• Included: all izmio Infinite content and features, including Infinite content and features we add later, for as long as we offer izmio Infinite. The founding and regular lifetime products give exactly the same access; only the price differs.
• Not included: physical devices (for example, any future external sound device) and products or services that we sell separately and clearly label as separate at the time of sale.
• Not a subscription: you pay once. There is no renewal and no further charge.
• "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the izmio Infinite service, not of a person or device. See Section 6.7 of the Terms of Use, including what happens if we ever discontinue izmio Infinite.
• Restoring: your purchase is linked to the Apple or Google account you used. Use Restore Purchases on a new device. [VERIFY cross-platform access and Family Sharing]

7. Other things to know

• Free features and live circles stay available whether or not you buy. Sessions played inside a live circle, or on a free journey day, are free on every plan.
• The annual plan, with its 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, remains available as an alternative while the founding offer is shown.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies (see Section 6.6 of the Terms of Use). A refund ends your lifetime access and does not reopen a founding spot.
• Deleting your izmio account does not reset your hold or make you eligible again on the same device. To make sure of this, we keep the device hash and its hold times after your account is deleted, without your account ID, until the founding offer closes for everyone. Founding purchase records are kept for 10 years from the end of the year of purchase, as tax law requires, and a deleted account never reopens a spot. See Account Deletion and our Privacy Policy.
• We may end or change the founding offer early only if the law, the app stores or a technical failure requires it. Purchases already made are not affected.
• Void where prohibited.
